  Is my phone Supported?

Our site works with most phones and carriers out there (both inside and outside the US). However, there are some phones that are not compatible. In the US, we support most carriers including: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and Cellular One.

  Downloading content directly from our mobile site?

1. Browse to our mobile site from your phone's browser.

2. Browse for the item and click on it to start downloading it to your phone.

Note: If you get an error message when you try to connect to the mobile website, it may indicate that you don't have an internet access plan on your phone. Please contact your carrier to purchase an internet access plan.

  How are the ringtones delivered my mobile device?

You have 3 different methods to deliver ringtones for your mobile device (Send to Phone, Send to Email, Direct Download).

 

Send to Phone:

This feature will send the ringtone to your mobile device via a Pix (MMS) Message.  Once you receive the message, save the ringtone and set a your ringtone.  * Message and Data Rates may apply.

 

Send to Email:

This feature will send the ringtone via email.  If you are able to receive check your email from your mobile device, save the file and set as ringtone.  (* Message and Data Rates may apply.)  Otherwise, you can save the ringtone to your pc and transfer the ringtone when you sync your phone.

 

Direct Download:

This feature will allow you to download the ringtone directly to your PC.  You have 2 options: PC Download or iPhone Download.  While using the PC Download button, you may then sideload the ringtone using an SD Card, Bluetooth, or a data cable to transfer the ringtone.  While using the iPhone button, download the ringtone; open iTunes and import the ringtone; Sync your phone.

  I don't have internet on my mobile device and would like to download the ringtone to my computer instead.

Try to load the ringtone to your mobile device using the following steps:

  1. Select the ringtone.
  2. Click the 'PC Download' button to save the ringtone to your PC.
  3. Use an SD Card, Bluetooth, or a data cable to transfer the ringtone to your device from your PC.

    iPhone Users:

  1. Select the ringtone.
  2. Click the 'iPhone Download' button to save ringtone to your computer.
  3. Open iTunes and import the ringtone.
  4. Sync your iPhone and set your ringtone.

  How much do the ringtones cost?

Ringtones are free. This is not a subscription service - there are no recurring fees. All you need to be is a WMMR Preston and Steve Ringtones VIP.
